The challenge for the best Mexican Lager in LA

This year Alchemy Craft in Montebello hosted their first Mexican Chela 2023 Mania, Lucha Libre style.

Let’s get ready to Rumble!!

Their goal was to select the "Best Mexican Lager in LA" by selecting what they felt were the best beers and putting them head to head to see what customers felt was the best.

Each week two breweries will go head to head and highlight their Mexican lager for the week (Sunday-Saturday).  Customers were  given the opportunity to purchase both Mexican lagers at a special price, two 12oz pours. Customers were provided beers at the same time and will later cast their vote at the bar for their favorite Mexican lager. Votes for the week were counted at the end of the week (Saturday Night or early Sunday Morning.

The weekly winner were announced via social media and advance to the next round. Announcements for each weekly matchup were also be announced through social media.

The breweries had a great time challenging each other by posting and sharing a quick 1 minute video about their beer.
