The taproom server is responsible for providing excellent service to all of our customers. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and independent worker able to handle a high-volume and fast-paced work environment. Must have a strong work ethic, great social skills, the ability to multi-task and the desire to work as a team player.

The Tap Room Manger is responsible for managing operations at the Angry Horse Brewing flagship taproom. Managing operations is broken down into three areas, staffing, sales and experience. 

The position is responsible for hiring, training, coaching and developing a team of staff to ensure we exceed the expectations on our customers while maintaining the desired staffing ratios to sales. The Taproom Manager is responsible for ensuring taproom sales meet the ambitious sales goals of the taproom. They are also in charge of planning local events that help to grow a sense of community, grow sales and create experiences for our family of customers. 

The Taproom Manager is a key position on the Angry Horse Team and has the opportunity to grow and develop with the organization.
